Community hubs

Where there’s an opportunity to collaborate with like-minded organisations to develop longer term spaces and services within disadvantaged communities, we establish Place of Change Hubs that can remain long after our funding has been used. Many of these Hubs continue to provide a safe space for individuals to access free IT equipment, advice and training.

Our Place of Change Hub partners vary depending on location. They include Hubs in:

• Lambeth – Foundation helped redecorate the Millennium Community Centre and has funded training and foodbank projects
• Norwich – Foundation created an IT suite and has given funds to support community groups
• Swindon – Foundation created an IT suite and contributed funding to support Men in Sheds
